Tervakosken terveysasemalla annetaan yleislääkäritasoista terveyden- ja sairaanhoitopalvelua. Terveysasemalla toimii omahoitaja/-lääkärijärjestelmä, joka määräytyy sukunimesi perusteella. Hoidon tarpeen arviointi ja ajanvaraus lääkäreiden ja hoitajien vastaanotolle tapahtuu omahoitajan kautta. Käytössämme on takaisinsoittojärjestelmä. Jos linjamme ovat varattuja, kuuntele nauhoite ja toimi ohjeistuksen mukaisesti, niin hoitaja soittaa sinulle mahdollisimman pian.
