Näsin terveysasemalle on keskitetty suuri osa Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueen terveydenhuoltopalveluista Porvoossa. Terveyskeskuksessa on muun muassa kiireellinen ja kiireetön terveysvastaanotto, hammashoito, muistipoliklinikka sekä mielenterveys- ja päihdepalveluja. Terveysasemalla toimii myös useita Helsingin ja Uudenmaan sairaanhoitopiirin palveluita, esimerkiksi laboratorio.
